I just want to say Thankyou so much for your assistance with my Frenchie Astrid and her babies this service has been nothing but 10/10. The birth didn’t go to plan so thank you for swiftly getting us in and saving her puppies. Would not recommend this vets, unfortunately we had to take our pup bella to rock house formerly tudor house for a re pocket operation of her cherry eye in both eyes. We were dealt with professionally at first but were quite confused to who exactly was our vet as we had numerous different staff members deal with us at first. Bella went in for her operation and the next morning immediately shown signs of abscesses in both eyes from reacting to the procedure, she was not able to fully open either eye for weeks, after many visits back to rock house and many confusing dealings with different members of staff all of which giving is different advice and medication we decided to be referred to a different vets to repair the issues caused. Bella had to have to the same operation again twice because of how difficult the operation became this time round due to the failed initial procedure and poor follow-up medical advice because her eyes had increased scar tissue at this point. Unfortunately our insurance would now not cover us for the procedure after the first operation had failed, so we had to find thousands of pounds to have the operation done again correctly. I just wish we had Been recommended a different vets initially rather than rock house/tudor house vets. Her eye may not be fully recovered now.
Absolutely amazing vets!nBetty went here for her BOAS surgery today and the staff here have been amazing from start to finish!nFrom the moment I called to her first appointment and operation today, every member of staff there are just so lovely!nBetty’s BOAS surgery has been performed amazingly and her nostrils look fabulous!nThe aftercare is also so detailed with a contact number/whatsapp for support when needed.nI am honestly so happy my dog has been treated here and so happy I have found such a fabulous place to bring my bulldog!nThe love and care they offer is absolutely amazing!nThank you!
Isabelle my French bulldog girl had a spay it was the best thing for her & im glad I trusted rock house vets with my little girl. I love how they looked after her and checked up on her with the aftercare. There love for dogs and animals is amazing. I always know she’s in good hands. Great vets
Well what can I possibly say about Rock House Vets…. There is no other vets like it…. They continually go above and beyond for my self and my animals… I trust this place with my whole heart.nnWe have recently had the saddest moment in our lives… we had to make the decision to put our beloved basset hound to rest, she was 14, they made the whole experience just perfect. We was with her till the end, the staff was fantastic with my self and my children.nn100% trust them.
