My favourite Tesco store! Big store, big variety of products, big discounts, big savings on your favourite products
It's simple shop parking used to be unlimited which was nice as you could go to Costa have a nice coffee not worry about time limit. Also club card prices is what it should be they act like you get a deal you don't. Staff are friendly and polite reason for 4 starts
Great place to do a big shop, it's not always that busy when I go, not to say it doesn't get very crowded. With a Tesco club card you can find some amazing savings. The staff are all very nice and extremely helpful.
I shop at this store on a very regular basis, and have noticed as number of things that seem to be going wrong. The people that have always worked there are still lovely regrettably the management seems to be failing. Pricing is not accurate, today I bought a squash priced on shelf at a price, checked the slip to see it went through at a higher amount?? This is not the first pricing issue I have had there and doubtful will be the last. The bottom line is check because you will get fleeced by this store.
There's always some level of disappointment with Tesco, this is especially true in Wolverton. This time I'd nipped in to grab some thing for a friend to find the shutter down. Super surveillance in this isle isn't enough - it's locked up, you can't see it let alone buy it!
Getting worse and worse. Now the majority of tills have been taken away and replaced with self service it’s worse. A lot do not like them, they’re not faster. I don’t need to be showing ID or getting assistance to buy a comb. Ridiculous. All they seem to be interested in is reducing staff hours and overtime. butcher and fish counters gone, constantly moving the shop around, fridges break almost weekly. Tesco are going down hill and fast. Carrier bags are 30p now. The subsidy was 10p why are they profiting on a government subsidy. A year on I doubt there will be more than a handful of staff left. Terrible management.
Goods being moved around all the time. Ailes incorrectly marked up . Not enought tills open . Now seems to they want you to use self service. These also have long queue and problems. Members of staff with raised voices arguing over where things should be placed . Used to be a nice store to shop. Now try to use as little as possible. Plus you can't get half of what you want.
I used to love shopping at Wolverton Tesco. Whose idea was to get rid off the tills and replace with self service? Long queues, fed up people, ice cream melting in the trolley.... Also fed up with items constantly being moved around, cant find anything. On a good note, people at the tills are lovely and friendly.
This is the best Tesco in Milton Keynes for great customer service. Charlotte and Rob always go above and beyond on a customer service level. Great store
I went to purchase fuel but had the more pressing need for a toilet so went into the kiosk where I was told there was a toilet but it was only for disabled people, "are you disabled?" No but have a very full bladder. Oh you could go to Macdonald's next door. So filled up with fuel then wondered what to do. In the end found a dark area in the carpark and relieved myself. I had already leaked and was very upset that I had to resort to this when there was a toilet but I was not allowed to use it. My fuel cost almost £100 but obviously that was not a good reason to allow me to use the toilet.
