With the help of Paige especially who has always done her utmost to help as possible, I'm super thankful to have such amazing quality equipment and customer service right here in the UK.
Ordered a 20Kg Beast Bar which was offered in a sale, only the clips have arrived. When the bar didn't arrive, I phoned customer services who informed me that the bar was damaged and was returned to them by the courier, but still had no feedback on what will happen next. They also told me that they are now out of stock on the beast bar so can't fulfil the original order. Now I can't get through to customer services so will be putting the payment into dispute with credit card company. Really wish I'd ordered from Mirafit or Blxbox instead as their shipments have been reliable and prompt.
Ordered a kettlebell which was posted quickly. The kettlebell had a minor issue which was quickly resolved by the fantastic customer service. Will buy again.
I brought the Wolverson MK2 kettlebells 4 years ago and more recently another set as the classes have got busier. These are the most durable bits of kit I've ever owned! Still going and no signs of breaking at all, being thrown around on the beach, grass and concrete these kettlebells have always been a stable part of my classes or my own home training. Great service always answered questions quickly and delivered on the correct day and time which other company's haven't. Always recommend to clients who want some home equipment.
UK’s number 1 functional equipment brand. Customer service is spot on. Stock and order updates perfect. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Wouldn’t even consider another brand. I’ve kitted out our PT studio with only Wolverson equipment, from racks to bumpers to small accessories. You simple cannot go wrong.
I had been looking for an olympic bar since the lockdown started back in march but everywhere was sold out and I didnt want to buy one of those cheap chinese overpriced if you consider the quality so I had to wait. So I did a lot of searching and by August I found out that the bars I was using at my local gym are all made by Wolverson and all of a sudden I knew which one I would buy. I went on their website and by chance they had one of those Foundation bars in stock for a really decent price and I bought it. It took 7 days to arrive and I have to say I'm really pleased with it. Quality is high standard. Can't go wrong with them!
Great quality kettlebells. Bought the 16 & 20kgs. Was notified as soon as they arrived. Regularly emailed with updates. Delivery quick. Would definitely buy again from Wolverson.
I had a problem with my order, so I emailed in and explained the issue - they resolved it within a few hours. The customer service is top notch and as a previously loyal customer who was disappointed I was instantly impressed again. I have had numerous kettlebells over the last 2 years as I progress and the kettlebells are top notch. It why I return time and again. Quality kit. Its not the cheapest but it is quality worth paying for. The customer service when I had a issue was superb. I will be back.
Great products and the best customer service team. I had a problem with my Assault Bike and Becky was so easy to deal with. The problem was fixed with ease and a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company both for their equipment and service. Well done all
Ordered an assault bike for the home gym. Wolverson said it would be shipped from the beginning of June. 2nd of June I took delivery of this beast! Love it. Wolverson deliver on their promises! Best value best service!
