Very helpful. Easy enough to call and just drop-in to get a battery or oil. If I've ever needed anything for my car or any family members car these guys have what I need 90% of the time and the prices are good and competitive. Well worth giving a call.

First class service off well mannered and friendly staff
I needed some bolts to match some old ones on a classic car, I saw Arnold Clark advertising the very ones on their website. I travelled for an hour to the Wolverhampton branch only to be told they dont sell them there and to contact the bilston branch. I phoned the bilston branch on the 2nd of September and ordered the bolts, they said they would be a couple of days and they would phone me when they are in. Up to the 8th of September I had heard nothing, I tried phoning but nobody answers, I sent two emails and got no reply, I even sent a message on their Facebook page. I emailed someone higher up and actually got a reply saying they would be in on Thursday 9th September and I would get a call. Again I heard nothing on the Thursday Friday and Saturday. Monday 13th i phoned them again and they still weren't in.. Later on the 13th 11 days after ordering them i got a call saying they had 'just landed' I drove for an hour to the bilston branch, and they were in, but totally the wrong bolts, nothing at all like the ones on the website. I would not recommend this whole outfit to anyone. One star is too much.
Amazing the guys there did me a number plate for my late father they were kind and considerate they are great at their jobs the guys are really professional and the quality of the products are great and at such great value had never had a number plate made before wasnt expecting £7 and something pence i was expecting alot more than that again thanks guys
Went to Midwest today with a problem and was sorted straight away by a chap called OWEN COPE what a lovely pleasant person nothing was to much trouble he is a total asset to this company ,this is the kind of person you need if you want customers to come back to your store personally if that was my business i would make him the manager GREAT JOB OWEN
A very efficient and friendly motor factors store. I have used these stores for 20 years and have found the Bilston store to be my favourite due to its easy access, modern buildings, parking facilities and the helpfulness of the staff.
Prices are fair for a small boy trying to compete with the big guys, always good service at the counter or over the phone recommended 100%
TD Pressings have used Midwest for many years , fantastic service and excellent Staff, keep up the good work.
Lovely people always very helpful good overhaul car superstore!!!! BUT GONE PRICEY .
