A nice bus station, with lots of glass, which means you can see your bus coming, but it is a bit warm.
Not happy bus 82 to Wolverhampton ,buses have been taken off so a change in timetable less buses and then the 7.34 am did not turn up today and then the next bus was late was late for work. Would like better service
It's a bit like am airport. Relatively clean. Very modern.
Nice clean and well maintained bus station with clean well maintained toilets plenty of seating for when waiting for a bus with electronic timetable boards and destination boards
A large undercover building shaped like a W. Stands are clearly marked with destinations. There is some seating and an onsite toilet block. Staff seem willing to help with advice.
Not the easiest to find if you're not familiar with Wolverhampton ring road Accessible tram links and ample seating inside with nearby pubs and shops. Be prepared for a trek as it's quite a big station!
This place changes completely in manner from safe to very unpleasant after early evening. Gangs of kids hang around without any good reason from what I've seen?? After around 7pm there's no inspector so any problems with buses or safety, good luck!! Daytime it's policed regularly and inspectors are visible but after 7 you're on your own? Toilets are dirty at times but that says more about the people using them!! Not a place I'd be happy to know my grandchildren were having to catch buses if alone?
Clean, busy, and good description of bus travel times and time table
The aesthetics of this station are wonderful and when the buses actually run on time, it is quite effective, but what business locks its public restrooms and leaves patrons with no options after certain hours?
Waited nearly an hour for the 504in Stafford street Wolverhampton absolutely disgraceful service should be ashamed.had to phone family to pick me up .would probably Stivers there now freezing to death.awful
