Not too busy on Friday morning I visited. The station was calm, easy to navigate and to find platforms. I like location of this bus station because it’s convenient and close to the train station, and tam. Everywhere was cleaned and tidy and there were lots of clean restrooms/toilets. There were plenty of seats to wait for your bus and there lots of electronic timetables displayed everywhere. You can buy/renew your passes, and do enquiries at the Travel Information Centre. The Staff are Quite Friendly, Supportive & Helpful.
Decent bus station all indoors. Amazon locker is available which is handy. NX traffic officer available throughout the day if you have any concerns. Don't see security presence very often. Toilets need more regular cleaning. Unfortunately the travel shop has closed down but there is a Swift kiosk.
It clean and organized, you can see the bus timing on multiple screens. Few screens are in front entrance gate and then theres one screen with each gate so its easy to figure out whens your bus is coming and its easy to locate your bus gate. And there are alot of bences in waiting area where you can sit and wait for your bus.
For the most part, the main waiting area is clean. Unfortunately the toilets are filthy and if you desperately need the toilet after 6pm, you're out of luck, they're closed. Horrible feeling when your child desperately needs the toilet and there's none to be found in or around the bus station. We've had to ride the bus with soiled clothes. I don't understand since there's still buses running after 6pm especially with children present .
Easy to navigate and find the platforms. Also, the location of this bus stations is very convenient: just in a short walk distance from the train station. The place is also covered and very well designed from safety perspective as the area where buses ride is locked from pedestrian and cannot be accessed. The station is clean and tidy. Refreshments and toilets available in very close proximity. I can recommend it.
I hate this station.buses drop you all the way at stand T for whatever reason they think of whilst my bus stop has now been moved to stand C at the other end and I have to make my way all the way round by which time I've missed my bus which is only every hour .I DESPISE THIS BUS STATION .
We had to wait 35 mins to get on a bus that usually comes every 7 mins BUS 59 . Even if 3 buses arrived at the bus station, only one left back with passengers. We had to wait another 15 mins for other bus to come for us. Weather very cold and a lot of elderly and small children also waiting at the quewe. No one seemd to care about us. Extremely disappointed.
A nice bus station, with lots of glass, which means you can see your bus coming, but it is a bit warm.
Is very good place but can't have everything like that. Thanks
