Agreed price on phone, on arrival at destination driver asked for 30% more. Controller rude, driver frustrated and this all meant we ended up having a dispute in the car park before a family gathering. Pretty much falls short of every main requirement asked of a good taxi service - and people wonder why uber is so popular! Avoid.

We booked a cab from Woking to Wisley and it was waiting for us at the station. The driver was pleasant and we enjoyed the journey. He got us there quickly and comfortably. We booked a trip back this afternoon and that driver was also courteous and efficient. We were in good time for the train back. So all in all very good service. And very reasonable at £11 each way. Was going out till 11:30 at night (knaphill) and was planning to catch my train to clay gate at 11:50. Ordered a taxi from here at 11:30, and didn't turn up what so ever... having to ring my friend to see if I could sleep at theirs for the night. Rang them up and didn't even get an apology. Think this is out of order considering I couldn't even make my way home.

Won't be using again.... Suggest you avoid if possible.

The taxi hadn't turned up after 20 minutes which meant I missed my train. Ordered an Uber instead.
