I think anyone who has posted that Aboce is excellent must work for Abco, coz they are nothing but wastes of time. Try a decent taxi service because Abco will only make you late.

USELESS . I called them from Hospital because I could not see much after drops put in eye. I said "how long" .ABCO said 5-6 mins. Stood outside 20 mins gave up and walked DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THEM.

What a nightmare. Please do not use this service! I needed a 10 minute ride from Send to Merrow. A friend called in Abco Radio Taxis who I never used before, and will NEVER use again. My elderly mother, three year-old, and a baby were crammed into a hot car, no air conditioner offered, with a driver who struggled with English and his navigation system. He brought us to Burpham only to turn around and bring us back to Send!! He then proceeded to stop the car and talk to the office, trying to figure out the way. After a 30 minute stifling ride we were finally home and asked to pay 24 pounds! I was not expecting so much and did not have enough money. I called the office and talked to a rather rude and unprofessional man who told me to go to a cash point and get the money because that is the price and I must pay it. The awful ride we had was not his problem, but the driver's. I had to call again and unfortunately had to talk with the same person. He finally agreed to 15 pounds. When I went out to pay the driver, the driver called the office where he was told to take 16. So I went back home scrambling for another pound while my children cried and an evening appointment was missed. No apologies, exorbitant charge for an awful service. "Reliable, Courteous, Helpful"? No No and NO.
