First time been here its a take away and also you can eat in the food was lovely and cheaper we order a set meal for 4 and the staff was fantastic I would recommend and I will be coming back 🖒

I recieved a phone call from 'Christian' (lol #realname #imaginatve) 2 hours after placing my order to tell me 'apolageezies no driver i very sorry, i very sorry' as aparently not able to make my delivery for another hour and 20 minues, okay i say, we'll wait (girlie nighgt, we may as well sit it out). But then suddenly nothing I've ordered is available so cant deliver anyway. Btw, I'd already paid online (including some bottles of sparkly so a substantial order) through a reputable company, Just Eat.When I asked how our order was going to be refunded, all of a sudden 'Christian' doesn't know how to speak English... It will be very easy to put these loosers out of business, in the meantime, don't bother. This actually happened?

We ordered from Wok Wow in Bulford tonight for the first time after hearing very good reviews from friends.  We placed our order at 5.45pm and were advised it would be delivered by 6.30pm, we later received notification that it would arrive at 6.40pm.  We called to chase the order when it had not arrived by 6.50pm and were told it would be with us any minute.  It finally arrived at 7.15pm, 1.5hrs after we had originally ordered.

We had ordered the mixed platter which was dry, overcooked and barely warm.  We also ordered the satay chicken which was stone cold, chewy and very dry, and came with the wrong dip.  The accompanying chips were soggy and freezing cold.  The rice dish we ordered was stodgy, and tasted of nothing.  The 2 noodle dishes were very spicy but the spice was in clumps rather than distributed evenly, they lacked any real flavour.  The only dish which was edible was the oriental beef, however this was quite cold.

Overall 90% of the meal was inedible and ended up in the bin.

We have attempted contacting the restaurant for a refund but they have refused to respond to us.

Ordered at 11 said it would be with us at 12 tried calling all night to get a refund but no answer still at 2am waiting for either the food or phone call but nothing shocking service still not answering for my money back! 0:5
