I’m not sure what culinary wizard made the “Large Spring roll with shrimp & pork” - but I’d like to shake their hand.nnIf you’re eating here, please get that, it is absolutely amazing nnAll round good food, can accommodate personal requests and fast delivery too. Very nice!
So I don’t normally go to this Chinese I’ve lived in Ludgershall my whole life and always gone to the one next door which I’ve never had problems with but someone recommend going to this one this time, I ordered crispy chilli beef and rice the rice was fine and also my partners meal was fine but the beef I had tasted funny I only ate half of it.nn1 day later I’m vomitting and have been on the toilets 30+ times I’ve been to doctors and I have food poisoning they have taken a sample and confirmed it was meat plus when vomiiting I could taste it.nnCurrently in the worst state I’ve even been in my life :/
My wife and kid have nut allergies. We told them this and ordered accordingly. They then proceeded to send satay peanut sauce. On the meal. When we told them they argued over the phone. It took over 2 hours, 4 phone calls we had to make, and several very rude conversations with a useless receptionist to finally get them to send our money back and take the food.nNever again, this place truely is dangerous, and the worst takeaway I’ve ever had.
Attentive waiting staff, clean eating space and a clear view of the food preparation area through a window in a door, food came fast and was good quality.nToilets are dated and need a bit of TLC but were very clean and in good working order.nWe will definitely be back, great value for money!
9 years I’ve been eating from Sands and I thought it was time I wrote a 5* review!nHonestly I have always had a great experience, great food, and great service whether I get it delivered or if I collect.
