So this is our regular Chinese but for some reason tonight we had the worse Chinese we have ever ordered! So bad that we won’t be ordering again. The chicken balls were soggy and had black hard bits running through the chick en, it put my husband off his food! Some of the vegetables spring rolls had a hard/rubbery grey object in them, the chips were half cooked the only alright thing about the meal was the chicken chow mein! But everything else made this experience very bad and now we both feel very sick
Shame really, previously ordered. Missed out beef curry fried rice sweet and sour sauce prawn crackers and a can of coke. Baring in mind when the order was placed the woman was rude. I then rang over 10 times when the order arrived off two different numbers no response. Rang the next day to have another woman be completely rude and ask me why I never called up I asked her to check the phone call log she said she could not. She offered me a new order and 10% off when I order next time. So a week later I’ve placed an order and the woman was absolutely rude when I asked her to read out my order she shouted I just have and told me that she was going to get fired as apparently my order was written down in the book. Absolutely shocking for customer service. It’s a shame really as the food is nice.
Bit disappointed First time ordering from here, and i found the crispy beef over cooked and cold but still very tasty and the yeung beef chow mein was lovely. Wouldn't say i was completely put off by them though just maybe order something different next time. On the plus side, the portions are big! 2nd time ordered and it was faultless, again i had the yeung chow special chow mein but ordered the crispy chicken in sweet thai chilli sauce which was gorgeous. I highly recommend the duck spring rolls.
food is amazing, and service is great from both the shop and the driver my second order from you guys and you have not disappointed!! 5 stars for everything
We were really very pleased with our home delivery service. We ordered the Singapore rice noodles, duck with ginger and spring onions, and squid with hot and spicey sauce all really delicious. In particular the squid dish was fantastic but quite spicey and my wife loved it. Many thanks.
This was my first visit to this local takeaway. I placed my order by telephone which was much easier than I thought it would be 5 Stars, it was a meal for 2 adults and 2 children, ordered for a 1730 pickup. I arrived on time to be told there was a slight delay. The delay continued but I was told that it was just being packed up in the kitchen. The delay continued... and I was then told that the incorrect time had be put on the order 1830 but that the order was now being prepared 1 Star, though I understand mistakes do happen. Very apologetic lady 4 Stars who offered me extra prawn crackers 2 Stars - already get these for free anyway so didn't need extra. When the food did eventually arrive and it was presented to the family, it was very fresh, non-gloopy and actually very nice 5 Stars and with generous portions. Would definitely go here again though I would double check the time on the order... 5 Stars for the quality of the food.
They got my delivery order wrong. 2 items was missing and upon ringing them up they said best they could do is refund the individual items or resend the missing items. Which will arrive over an hour later. Terrible customer service.
Ordered several dishes with friends. The best of the dishes would only earn two stars. Barbecue spare ribs sauce was like vaguely savory wallpaper paste. Pancake rolls had hardly any meat and we're completely flavourless. Probably the most miserable, tasteless takeaway I have had in a very long time. We all felt it was really a waste of money.
It's OK, not the worst and not the best. The crispy chilli beef is not nice, disappointed with it. Normally happy with the sweet and sour Hong Kong style.
We love a Chinese and have recently moved to the area. 2nd time of ordering and can probably say its one of the best we've ever had. Good portions, great selection and service.
