Usually a place that does two cuisines isn't going to do them both well. Wok n roe as a chippy is great, and wok n roe as a Chinese takeaway is also great. When they give you E. G. A three piece of of chicken with chips, they don't cram it all into one box meaning less chips for you. They stack it high and pack it well, or give a separate box for the chicken and one for the chips. Quality! From the Asian menu I recommend both the salt and chilli chips, and their chow meins.
Tasty , very good value and staff are friendly and very accommodating. Traditional fish n chips , Chinese food and fried chicken, love this place!
Very disappointing, large chicken fried rice similar to a small size in most other Chinese takeaways and mostly chicken skin and I counted 5 pieces of chicken. Really expensive and awful
If you're in the Wembley Stadium area and you're hungry, check this Fish&Chips shop. They also have chicken, ribs and chinese dishes on offer. Good prices, fast service and friendly ladies behind the counter!
OK when you are going to watch a match or a convert at Wembley. Abysmal service. Low prices but the quality of food I very basic. Chicken fried rice had just 4 very small tiny pieces and rice. No flavour nor herbs etc. The guy serving never smiled in 20 mins we were there. Not going back.
Edit 2019: such a shame. A couple of months ago I gave this place a glowing review but unfortunately the customer service has gone so far down hill that it puts the business to shame. They got the delivery order wrong and instead of accepting it the guy on the phone started blaming us and he got really rude. To top it off he hung up on us and then refuse to answer the call. Such a shame as I said because we used to enjoy regularly ordering from here. But considering it's low hygiene rating and the poor customer service, I rather give my money to another business from now on. Amazing food with great quality. A lot of people are put off by the 2 star rating of hygiene on the door but I have not seen anything alarming in that respect. The lunch boxes are great particularly the sweet and sour crispy chicken and they have amazing prawns. My only complaint is that they do not put enough meat i.e. chicken or prawn or beef, in their portions. The chicken nuggets are great and the chips are always nicely done. I have only had the scampi not the cod but it was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. All the meat except obviously the pork is halal and the staff have advised me that they are cooked separately to avoid cross-contamination.
Poor service no smile and very little eye contact. Service seemed based on quick in and quick out. Very rude female at counter. No receipt given and when asked, I was told I didn’t ask for a receipt. When I pointed out the receipt was in the card machine, I was told in no uncertain terms the receipt there was there’s and if I wanted a copy I should have asked. After making it quite clear a receipt should be given with anything purchased from any shop food or otherwise, I was met with silence and, food clapped down on counter when ready…... I wonder if they are closing due to being fed up of dealing with the general public, or having no customer service training!!
What a horrible experience with your restaurant., You were good once for your "traditional" fish & chips. This was our first order on Uber Eats which we thought would give us a good crispy and fresh meal. You sent us fish that was soaked in oil that it made me sickly so i didn't eat it. secondly i picked the regular cod and paid the extra amount for a large. i got a regular. chips were so dry and hard that you could tell they were old . Wings were also not fresh. Ps if you decide to be more considerate, please send me another order or refund
Lovely food. I go there everyday for egg fried rice and a piece of spicy chicken. INOKA With the red hair always gives great service. The young man and the young lady at lunchtimes are always smiling and know my order regularly. Best Takeaway in Wembley
One of the best Halal chinese places there is. i tried the noodles, both chicken and beef. Also the spicy crispy beef. Staff were amazing, polite and friendly over the phone. 10/10. DEFINITELY going to be going again! OUTSTANDING
