McDonald's Cafe is a fast food restaurant in Wembley Park. The service is prompt and affordable. There is also a drive-in service, similar to the other branch in Manor House. You can order and pay at the cash desk, or pick your menu and pay at the giant order boards. Customer service is basic, but efficient. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. If you require any dietary requirements, please order from the restaurant manager. During match days, understandably, McDonald's very busy. Please give yourself an extra few minutes. Thank you.

Typical McDonald's with usual menu but somehow not in the vanguard of technology like other stores, this place gets packed after an Wembley arena event as you'll expect, I understand staff is expensive to have it for just a couple hours but other stores have self order machines which increases drastically the time of wait and you'll only need staff to give the food and prepare it pretty much the same level of staff as on my visit but with much more capacity of taking orders, if not this self order devices you can always choose to have a couple staff taking orders in the queue like I saw in some places in Central London guests only need to pay on pick up the items which again is faster. We were waiting for 30 to 45 minutes in the queue now, many guests left due to large queues, if investing in something standard in other stores would increase the speed of service which means more money per same period of time. Now I'm talking in a Wembley arena show level of people in futebol days this is increased exponentially. Other then this low speed the store is as usual, clean and with places to seat and enjoy your purchased meal, security is also present which increases the sense of safeness when this after events meals happen. Increase the speed of service and you have my 5starts

Once I ordered two double cheeseburger and a large fries for take away. They only haven me two double cheeseburgers without any fries. Also another order when I ordered a fillet-o-fish and mayo chicken, they didn’t put the mayo chicken in my bag. Srsly, I don’t understand why they always lose some of my order

terrible branch... bad customer service. confused with the orders. burgers are bad. overcooked and old meat patty . beef patty was dry and left it too long . doesn't serve it fresh. terrible McDonald's branch.

Situated at a very busy place... ideal location but on any event day at Wembley stadium, this place is very crowded. It has good seating arrangements and washroom facilities. Also there is ample common parking facilities. Ideal to park your vehicle and quickly have a take away. Adequate staff and less waiting time for customers once orders are placed.
