The food is nice but the customer service is shocking!!!! If you finally get through on the phones they take it off the hook they hang up so you have to call again 10 times or more to get through and they hang up again! Lost my business this evening and probably many others.
Went there for a family birthday dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu was well priced. The portions didn't seem huge, but we're quite filling. I was amazed at the quality of the food. I think you are able to bring your own alcohol since they don't serve alcohol there just soft drinks. They serve hot plates and have tiny little dishwarmers to keep the food warm.i would go there again. 5 people dined and the bill came to £70. Cute little fortune cookies are served after the meals.
No dine in available but I can see through the windows there is space for dine in plus so the tables and chairs, Over valued but reasonably tasty Website site said 10% off, when I ordered the food at the restaurant I mentioned the discount she told me prices already have discount but the prices on the menu did not mention 10% discount,,, why do I feel like I’ve been conned, if you tell your customers there’s a 10% discount I expect the prices on the printed menu to be 10% more than what I pay at the till. Felt that she tried to con me so she won’t be getting my money any more.
I enjoy the food from here but waiting for them to answer the phone is just nonexistent. Been on hold and it’s the only place in loughton that delivers and takes card over the phone. I’m sure sometimes they forget you’re on hold
Order the set dinner B this evening. All the food were amazing. The staffs are friendly. 100% agreed one the best Chinese in Loughton. P.s they do accept card payment.
Ordered takeaway, 2 mains and two hot and sour soups. Was disappointed and disgusted when found someone’s nail in the soup. Returned all order back, staff not even apologised. Our dinner and evening was ruined. Will never ever visit this place again and would never recommend.
The best Chinese takeaway I've ever had and was always my regular when I lived in the area. I even visit them for a takeawaywhen I come back to the area. The price can be off putting but it is worth the extra than othe Chinese takeaways in the area. Set Menu B is what I'd recomend and I change the Lamb Dish to Crispy Chilli Beef and its a bit too much Ginger for me. That set menu for 2 is usually enough for 3 people, even people who eat a lot. It's not open to eat inside anymore which is sad but the takeaway is so busy on Thursday, Friday and Saturday that they don't need to open. I recommend going to collect it or ordering on opening or you'll have a long wait and not get through to them on the phone for ages.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The absolute worst customer service. The guy is so rude. I ordered aromatic duck and it was fatty and not cooked properly, when I called to complain, he basically called me a liar and told me that there wasn’t anything he would do. When I told him I was going to throw it in the bin and I would be without food, his reply was “okay then”. We thought we would try again this evening, my partner called this time and the same man was so rude to him. He said he couldn’t hear him, so my partner raised his voice to read out the card number to which the guy said “maybe if you spoke up earlier we wouldn’t have this problem”. His tone and attitude suck. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They also charge £1 if you pay by debit card. Definitely not recommended. We’ve now gone elsewhere.
