£13 for a large kebab, fries and drink is not particularly cheap or competitive in my opinion. I’ve had a lot of kebabs in my time. Had to insist the meat was put on the grill server tried to argue the toss saying the meat was already crispy but relented when I said I would go elsewhere. The customer is always right principle doesn’t seem to apply here Initially stingy on the salad had to ask server for more reminding him i was paying £13 for this takeaway meal and his justification was that he couldn’t close the lid! This wasn’t a problem as I was eating in. Tables were clean. Nowhere to wash hands with it being a takeaway. Surly staff around. General bad atmosphere in the place. Cash only. Paper receipt reluctantly given on request. Everything seemed to be hard work. Kebab very average. Nice chips. Have eaten here on and off for years and not had a problem. The current owners need to focus on the customer service and staff attitude.
We ordered a combo kabab with chicken and lamb sheesh, a donna, kebab, chips and popcorn chicken and it was all spot on with fresh crisp salad and delivered within 35 minutes. Good work
Awful. Ordered a doner wrap. The meat was old, overcooked and was pouring with grease. The worst I've had.
I bought a chicken wrap, and a small diner kebab, and this was in my wrap. Called up and complained and the staff told me that I was making it up and that it wasn't possible that it was in the wrap. Disgusting customer service and I now have chipped teeth.
placed an order for 1 and confirmation came quick to say "food will be ready and delivered within 30 minutes" I called after one hour and I got screamed at by the chef and one other person telling me that they were very busy and there's nothing they can do. First of all, if you are busy, please don't send the confirmation email and text telling customers it will take 30 minutes. pre-cooked and reheated food to take over 1 hour is completely unacceptable. all I got was "Nothing we can do about it. We're really busy. Talk to our boss!"
i have always gone here for my Kebab, they give great value for money. i often get a large doner or a special which as got several meats in it, i have that with chips,onion rings + large salad then the 2 of us share it which is enough. always busy with phone and online orders along with walk ins. home delivery is busy but i go to order and wait its nice to see it cooked over the hot coals, nice fresh not all greasey. ENJOY.
Tried after a good 3 years...... hasn't changed!! I had the chicken kebab, no flavour to the meat! And my husband had the burger, which he said he wouldn't have again - think we will give it a miss in future. Shame really as great location and talkative staff. Just don't waste your money!
Brilliant ordered at half ten at night was here at 5 to 11 was divine fresh salad box with the kebab roasting hot was up for a hour deciding we’re to order wow I made the right choice and will definitely be ordering again
Feel like I've even giving out a lot of bad reviews lately, being new to the area, but this donner wrap with chillie sauce was the one. And I do love me a Donna kebab with chilli sauce! This is now my go to restaurant so thank you. Plus was delivered very quickly for a Saturday night
Really good take away food. I had a 6 piece family bucket, and can honestly say these guys have the best chicken in west Oxfordshire - been here plenty of times before and the quality is consistent too. Friendly staff, quick service, and they have a really good range of menu items too. The pizza here is really good as well, as is their salad. Oh, and they deliver as well.
