AVOID AT ALL COST. travel to Tiverton or south molton. Where do I begin. !!!!! I have used this practise for almost twenty years. No one can do their job properly. The pharmacy is a joke. They mess up with repeat prescriptions every month. They get repeat prescriptions wrong every month. They forget to order meds. You ring up to ask if they have been ordered they say yes. You go to pick up and there not there. Every body blames every body else. All through COVID lockdown they allowed a staff member to mix house holds. Even when told about staff mixing they turned a blind eye. Or have staff that don’t know what they are doing. Lots of mistakes Made. All the time. Every body passes the buck. If you value your health. Stay away from this practise. No one there can do there job properly. You have to chase up every referral as they forget to do it. The only people that cared and were lovely and did there jobs well were MARIA AND JANE. OUTSTANDING LADIES. THAN YOU.
Bought in my documents Friday to register and got an appointment the following Monday 1 working day later! which I really needed but I should have registered ages ago. Lovely reception staff and Dr. Amazing service, I could not fault it.
