After speaking to the sales rep the day before regarding a Nissan truck, I assured him I would be at there 1st thing to view it. The next morning before we left, I called again to reassure them I would be there around 10. We left from Kent. When I arrived I was made to wait. When the rep eventually came out, he walked me to the car saying there was someone else interested but I would get 1st refusal as I got there 1st . My mind was set on buying it and wanted to test drive it to make sure. He walked to his colleague, came back and told me the customer who arrived after me bought it and the rep walked away. So much for 1st refusal and making me wait. Poor service.

This company does not even deserve the One star rating that I gave. Where do I even begin? On the day of collection, so many things which were promised by the Manager were not done 

They had a week to prepare the car for collection; the car was not even clean.

Wasted my time and I was severely let down

I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership. SHAME!
