Excellent customer regard , friendly , professional staff , both office & workshop. Timescale allowing have always eliminated any issues or faults at / during service, recommended & very appreciated service.
This Garage is Terrible, I would Avoid at all costs.nI was told to Use this garage nearly 3 weeks ago, this was from the manufacture, the van went in for a water pump change and basic investigation in to a dpf issue.. i'm now on week three, every week i have been given a date it will be ready, and yet the date keeps changing, The reception team tell you one thing, the tech teams say something else.. the van is just left sitting around whilst they do other vehicles, knowing my van is my only means of transport they have cost me close to £1500 in hire vehicles... I was even told the parts are in, but they have no one to fit them.. I would suggest PCL Group as this is clearly a company that DONT CARE.. AVOID AVOID AVOID...!!!!!
The worst service I have ever encountered!nOn three different occasions I have taken my TGE van here for Mot and service, and three times I’ve had problems. I’ve just collected the van which they left on the side ride of an industrial estate all day with £15k of my tools and equipment in, never had the courtesy to ring me to say they haven’t done anything to it. I’ve lost a days earnings all for my van just to sit on the side of the road to have nothing done! Their reply was it might get looked at tomorrow!nAbsolute disgrace and not the first time it’s happened to me here. But it is the last and I warn others not to waste their time!
Well this place was great took my daughters horsebox for mot the service I got from booking to the test itself was 110%nAnd as a wheelchair user they treated me brilliantly the lady behind the desk was so nice as well as all they other peoplenThey certainly made my anxiety at easenGreat place great people
Never anywhere to park or turn around. Best to leave your lorry half a mile away and walk. Lorry been in for MOT, first day out both newly fitted wiper blades fell off !!
