I have just finished Invisalign treatment with Dr Lake and I am totally delighted with the results! My wonky teeth top and bottom are now straight and I’m so pleased I had it done and chose this practice. All the staff are very friendly; the treatments were all professionally done, with care and attention to detail; the treatment plan/costs all explained upfront and any questions I had answered thoroughly. I would highly recommend this dental practice, thank you for my straight smile!
From as soon as you walk through the Wistaria House doors you are welcomed with a smile and the reception area is very relaxed and friendly. I completed my Invisalign journey with Dr Lake, the final result I am so happy with, I can't stop looking at my straight white teeth! Would highly recommend, lovely practice and great service.
I received a really warm welcome from friendly, efficient and knowledgable reception staff. I was a nervous patient but the hygienist, dentist and nurses all made me feel at ease. I am really happy with the work I have had done. I highly recommend Wisteria House!
I cannot rate this practice too highly! Yesterday my husband and I had our check ups and received the most thorough gentle and efficient check up we have ever experienced. A very warm and welcoming team. I had a very thorough check up with Dr Lake, who then took the time to explain my dental health. The refurbishment of the examination rooms are very smart and create a relaxing environment.
I joined WHDP after relocating to Devon last April. I don't suppose many will think that going to the dentist can be a pleasant experience but it makes a huge difference if you have helpful, pleasant and professional staff looking after you and that you feel confident you are receiving the best care possible. From the receptionist Kayleigh to my dentist Sravya, dental nurse Vicky and hygienist Lynney, the appointments have all been well organised, knowledgeable and friendly which ensures a successful visit.
I left a review a while but now wish to change this. The dentists, hygienists and staff are lovely, professional and appear good at what they do. I was given some bad bews about my teeth and now this is being sorted out. People are never liked when having to give bad news and Andy was the 'messenger' at the time. I have since warmed to his honest manner and professionalism. Dental treatment is expensive sadly, appears to be moving into the direction of all being private. I feel that although treatment is expensive, this treatment is only recommended if needed, not 'just to bring in money'. I'm not the best person at the Dentist but feel reassured that Andy and the team have the 'best interests of my teeth' at heart!!! A big "thank you," for the care.
Absolutely fantastic, the whole atmosphere was very relaxing, felt very at ease, the dentist was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly, my daughter and I are very glad we made the move!! Thank you to all the team
Although going to the dentist isn't necessarily the best of experiences, I can honestly say what a pleasure it was to spend time here. The reception desk, and all the staff, were welcoming and always with a smile and very helpful. And a special thanks goes to Dr. Paris and her lovely assistant for their time and help over the period I spent with them. Explaining as they went, answering questions if I needed them. and for the excellent results. Thank you again. I would thoroughly recommend them to one and all.
I always have issues with dentists and sometimes I dread for it! Like, sometimes its painful even for a check up however, this place is absolutely brilliant. No doubt. Most cautious and meticulous. Sravya is definitely the best dentist I ever had! They are extremely friendly and professional, also very knowledgeable. This is the best place for anyone that have issues with dentists. Highly recommend it!
