Dreadful, unreliable and rude service! This dentist cancelled three appointments in a row, first contacting me by a number that wasn’t even mine, and then sending a letter that never arrived. And did I get an apology for any of these inconvenient occasions? No! In fact, the last time I was there they dismissed it all as if three wasted visits was nothing. In my opinion, this is NOT good service and I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Many thanks the dentist and his assistant were very good and calm . I am 74 and still nervous of dentists but they were very good with me.

Televisions and Dentist

I was sitting in the dentist chair
one fine and sunny day
The dentist just about to drill a tooth
to take away decay.

The dentist room was updated
with a television above the chair
to take the patients mind off pain
This was a new health care.

Suddenly from high above
The television came crashing down
across my thighs with a thud
With shock from all around.

The dentist gasped the assistant screamed
It was a terrible shock
My groin was aching, legs in pain
With this terrible knock.

The practice manager came to see
what it was all about
Apologising to both Dentist and me
and taking the television out.

Although in pain I carried on
Not wanting to return
I did not want to come back
The filling was my major concern.

I though they may have waved the fee
because of their mistake
But no I had to pay two hundred pounds
Compounded with an ache. 

I spoke later with my doctor 
and told her about the pain
she said give it a week to heal
If not see me again.

Slowly my groin felt better
The aching went away
But it's put me off the dentist 
for ever I have to say.
