I strongly do not recommend this firm.I have dealt with many solicitor firms and never had the similar situation.I have tried to call my solicitor Emma Clements for more than 2 weeks with no answer. Despite the fact that I was told numerous times that she will call me back I haven't been contacted, therefore I have decided to find a new firm. Wiseman Lee did not prepare my court case properly and did not assist me at all. After showing some emails to another solicitor and a legal adviser it was confirmed that Wiseman Lee was not serious and preoccupied about my case. I would recommend you to don't lose your time with a low standard firm as them and use a firm in Central which are generally good.

Well, we had the most unpleasant experience at this branch. On 16 August 2017 we popped in asking if we can get documents stamped in order to fly to South Africa due to strict rules flying with a child without both parents present. We had all the documents ready but the tone we were spoken to by both the receptionist and the gentleman/lawyer, were very disconcerting. We walked across the road and were helped with a smile and not for £250 as quoted by Wiseman Lee, but £14 later. Best they go and learn some people skills from the lawyers across the road.
