Been their few month ago for my brother’s immigration matters, but found really bad communication service, poor services. The worst thing is they even refuse to post the documents dispirite requesting many time. I went to collect the documents on behalf of my brother with his promotion over the phone, in the first place htey agreed to give the doc to as soon as i get thieir office the case handeler was not present as he was traveling to India. And ask with another person to habd the documents he said he doesn’t have any information about it. He said i will have to wait till he came back from india. I make call the person luckely he was at Heathrow n he didn’t answer my cal. I ask my brother to call abd he answe but said he already handed all paperwork to the person presnt in the office. I had to argue for nearly an hour and then finally they gave papers. Such a worst. 
Not recommended to anyone. There are plenty of places where you can get best service. Please think twice going to this place.
