I am well pleased with my check up this morning. Andrew knows how nervous I am and he always manages to put me at ease. Receptionist was lovely too. I received a full check up and some good advice too.nI personally don’t think that £37 for a 20 minute appointment was too expensive either. The service from entering the door was polite, it’s a pleasant clean environment that doesn’t smell of dentists. They have a toilet too.
Went for a regular check up, not the ideal start to the day for most, however Steven and crew made me feel extremely at ease and I come away with the alll clear. Steven was extremely thorough not only checking my teeth, and any other dental work but checked my gums was healthy to prevent any other problems arising in the near future. Very happy outstanding service as usual. Thanks
Staff very pleasant and helpfulnHowever had a hygienist at 9.20am and didn’t get seen until 9.47am……. I nearly left because I was at work….. not sure what hold up was ???,nBut once seen all ok, just the lateness despite being booked
I have always found my experience here as very positive. It was my dentists insistance that I have myself checked out at hospital, which resulted in my diagnosis, and treatment for oral cancer. The staff are so friendly, and always seem to remember me as an individual, not just another patient. Best dentists I've ever had.
Excellent. Not feeling my best today for my appointment to prepare for a crown. Andrew and team couldn't have been more accommodating in making the procedure as comfortable as possible. Thanks.
