I was received very kindly by all the medical staff. Accepted with toothache on the same day. dentist Very gentle and did his job well. the best clinic I have ever seen. Thank you very much for your kind attitude and good treatment..
Came here for an emergency appointment, absolutely brilliant staff and very friendly. I'm terrified of dentist and they put me at ease and I also didn't feel a thing! Best dentist experience I've ever had!
I was referred by NHS 111 and I could not have received a better service. Had a rear tooth very painful with an abscess under it and these people could not have been better as I explained how scared I was of Dentists but I need not have worried as they extracted it and made sure I felt nothing and what a relief now. Fantastic and Thank You. All the best Jeff Clarkson.
After 2 hours on the phone for the emergency dentist I managed to receive an appointment. Thank goodness I thought, finally the pain will go away, I've been unable to get into any NHS dentist in a 100 mile radius and this was the last desperate attempt at seeing someone. As a minimum wage worker I've been unable to afford any treatment and not entitled to it until my midwife said that help would now be available for me. I get to the appointment and sit in a room with another patient and a radio alternating between blaring rap music and static. A few minutes late but neither here nor there. I get into the appointment to be asked which hurts more my gums or my teeth/cavities because, despite them both being in the same place, as an emergency appointment patient the dentist will only be able to look at one issue. I say my gums, she leans the chair back spends a whole 3 seconds looking at them, pokes them and tells me ah yes they are inflamed... Yeah thanks for that Sherlock, university wasn't wasted on you. But don't worry, they have a private hygienist upstairs and that's what I need to fix my newly diagnosed gum disease, but she doesn't accept NHS patients of course. The dentist says she doesn't know if I have any broken teeth because that would require an xray and that's just not on the cards, apparently neither is looking at my teeth and goes on to tell me that gum disease like I have, has been getting this bad for a long time and it must be down to my not brushing my gums, flossing or using mouthwash... Of course I do all three. So I'm sent off after a 5 minute appointment with the option to pay their private hygienist upstairs - an option not available to me or else I can assure you, I would not be attending that dental office - and a brief explanation on how to brush my teeth. Thanks for absolutely nothing. I'm disgusted that check up will earn the place an extra undeserved £23, although clearly that's not their main source of income. I'm sure they're just wonderful if you can afford it. Edit to respond to the reply: I am well aware the emergency dental service is a purely pain relief service. I came in pain from both my gums and my teeth. The gums were the most painful. Your dental office had the ability to provide the service the dentist had recommended and yet did not as you insisted it would cost and that she would not accept the maternity exemption certificate. My teeth weren't even looked at, if you would like to read the review this was clearly stated. I came in pain. I left in pain. The reason I had to attend an emergency appointment is because I am unable to get an NHS dentist as the average waiting list is ridiculous I'm sure this is the case with many of your emergency patients. I had initially rang rejuvadent not so long ago and was told it was of 5000 people. And 'Any NHS fees paid by a patient does not contribute to the treating dentist's income'? Interesting, so any NHS treatments provided by the dentist is unpaid labour on her end? Highly doubtful but whatever you say Debbie. I've tried the emergency dental service route, I will not be ringing again.
Went for a emergency appointment for a filling and the dentist I had was lovely she explained everything she was doing answered any questions I had all round great dentist would recommend
After been in days of pain I was referred to this dentist from Hull, All I can say is outstanding from start to finish, I had an Abscess on one of my molor teeth and had it removed, David the owner was Amazing, I felt nothing, could not thank Him enough, His Assistant was very nice, aswell as the receptionist, Thank you all so much. Kind regards Steve
went in for tooth out has in lot pain. was less then 10 min from walking in injection and tooth out less then 10 mins for tooth out no messing no pain quick easy simple and very very polite and freindly highly recomended
Get emergency appointment there.Star giving for receptions, they are nice, but the lady the dentist who remove my broken tooth, was working fast and it was painfull all time for me,let me out with infection and without antibiotics and yes there is still small piece of tooth left inside,so need find another dentist.
Went for emergency filling as I'd broke a part of my tooth off, the dentist said it was very close to the nerve and done her best to fill it, I went back 5 days later still in pain and wanting the tooth pulled out, she advised me to just give it another few days as it could still be tender from the work she had done. I am glad I took her advice my pain has gone and is back normal. Thank you for the great work you did and the lovely staff for getting me in at such short notice.
Very professional david was excellent after tooth extraction made sure bleeding stopped strongly recommended
