Phoned prior to viewing car as would be driving hour plus to view. When we arrivee the car had a dent in the back numerous stone chips all acrosd bonnet window wipers that were eroded. I was furious as i think this should have been highlighted before i left. The tyres needed pumping no effort what so ever in prepping the car before hand. I made it known i was cross and was told u gota expect stone chippings on a bonnet !!! There wasnt any on the last 3 perry garages !! (All were sold as id a brought !) I cant help feeling it was intentional as when i look back the photos do not reflect this damage. They are taken from a distant or at an angle where it goes unnoticed.

Excellent service! Bought used 03 reg Galaxy, but was treated as buying nearly new one. No empty promises given, quality cars on site

I have been using Windslow Ford for about 5 years and bought my van through them when my old one died! I can't sing their praises enough.... without fail, every time I have a crisis, they fix it (and me!!) They have made parts for it to save me replacing whole things and fit me in at a moments notice, mop up my tears and give me coffee!! I am a small business and cannot function without my van. Honestly cannot recommend them enough!!! I also cannot thank them enough either but big, fat lovely THANK YOU from me and The Twinkle Toes Gang xXx

The staff are so patient, professional & helpful. They value their reputation & ensure that they provide fantastic customer service. Our interaction was stress free. We were grateful for this amazing customer care.

Did a part exchange and got a better price than I expected. Great assistance in buying a new car, following a test drive. Tony was very helpful in all aspects of this from meeting and greeting to handover to follow up call. Thank you Winslow Ford.
