Having used H A Lock for the last few years now I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a Mercedes owner to take there car to them. They are extremely knowledgeable, priced well and always done a really good job for me

Mercedes only here. A quality car needs quality care and that is what you'll get from the devoted team of experts at H.A. LOCK. Everything they do is totally as it should be to maintain quality. To Albert and boys, thank you for what you do so well, keep it up.

They doublechecked the torque of my wheel bolts before sending me off. It says a lot to me. The only place out of all 'specialists' in Northants who knew what I was talking about when describing an issue. If you have got a Mercedes you need to know this place.

Great first impression ! This was my first visit to H A LOCK, with a very sick car. I can only repeat what I read in other customer's reviews. My car is now running sweetly. Albert and Andrew were most courteous and professional in my dealings with them. They are obviously very experienced and capable with Mercedes Benz cars, and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was returned to me in the best possible state. And their charges are most reasonable too. I am one more very satisfied customer. Thank you gentlemen.

Have used this garage several times to repair & service my E320 Albert & Richard are such nice people to deal with always do a great job & explain what has been done, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else, highly recommend independent Mercedes garage.

Best mechanics ever, sent my car to them with a recovery truck , car was not starting , having some electrical issue . It had battery everything was normal till the moment when you wanted to start and then the only thing starting was the front ventilator . And this lovely people sorted it without any issue , just brilliant . Strongly recommend.
