I’ve always found the team to be friendly and the care I received has always been top notch. Very thankful to have been looked after by Dr. Smith who was always understanding and empathetic and involved me in all the decision making about my care. So grateful to the NHS and in particular to the Winsley Health Centre. Thank you team!

Waited on hold to be answered for 29 minutes. The phone was picked up and immediately put down. This is one of the worst services I have had, one of the worst receptionists ever!  Useless practice.
