Very hard working & friendly staff but they have far too many patients to keep up! The appointment system is completely flawed and has only made it worse. You have to take charge of your own condition to get the help you desire.

The service is overstretched but we have consistently received compassionate and professional care from all staff. I would rather wait to be seen and be treated as an individual, rather than on a impersonalised conveyer belt. People forget to use their pharmacy for first line advice. I agree that the triage service takes a bit of getting used to but this is where we are with the current health provision in the UK. This is an outstanding surgery with a range of accessible services.

The service is very poor. The new appointment system is appauling as it's wasting everyone's time. I don;t know who came up with such a stupid process.

Some doctors are very good here, but the level of care is not consistent. The process of getting an appointment is outright painful and discouraging. The internal communications between staff and doctors is frankly below standard. Don't count on someone telling you a referral will be made -if you don't chase it up yourself you can't be sure it will happen (and expect to be on the phone for a very long time).

A good surgery going rapidly down hill from oversubscription. We have been using the surgery for 2 years and it has gone from 3 to 4 days for an appointment with the possibility of an emergency visit in the day to now offering a TWO WEEK WAIT just to get a phone call. This is no longer a service by any standard.
