Not impressed with this wingstop at all, so damaging to their brand. Most staff are so uninterested and lack basic customer services skills. Which is unfortunate because there are a couple good ones. The lady at the till has the stinkiest attitude I’ve ever seen. Rolling her eyes when asking about student discount, mumbling and being simply rude. She spent about 10 minutes taking an order for the people in front of us who actually turned out to be her friends…nnOn top of this we then had our food delivered and found one of our boneless wings had a bite already taken out of it… No point complaining, with this attitude from staff you’ll get no where. Avoid if you can, shame as food is usually good when it’s not already had a bit taken out of it.
The food was really nice, decent portions and the dips were really nice. Chandra served us he was so friendly and knew his menu. Loved the Brazilian citrus !!!! Fries are too small for that price and the food does take a while so if you’re super hungry not the place but good music too !
The Music is Better Than The Food!nnI've not been to any other branches but this branch is DIRTY!!! I'm referring to customer areas, because of course I didn't inspect the kitchen. Our table was oddly bumpy around the edges too see pics the seats were sticky and had all kinds of debris on them. The toilets are dirty too but they do have an accessible toilet on the ground floor which is 1 good thing.nnPrices don't represent good value for money but its not overly expensive.nnThe food was hot but between us we tried 5 different wing 'flavours' and none of them were special. The lemon pepper was neither particularly lemony or peppery, each BBQ flavour was very similar to the next and all of them were too sweet. Chips were nice.nnCustomer service was awful! For some reason they don't have any hand wipes available and no hand-washing facilities outside of the toilets.nnThe music was really good!
We went to this restaurant on Saturday, we purchased wings and chips. The next day we both had multiple visits to the toilet. It was the first time we ate here, I don’t think that we’ll be going back. Also, the two ladies at the til were more interested in talking with each other than tending to the customers. One of them clearly doesn’t like her job. Orders were sitting on the kitchen counter for ages and the place was packed with waiting customers.
What a waste of money on real poor quality food cooked really badly. Got 10 wings, 1 half were overcooked, the other undercooked skin looked anaemic.nThe chicken bites were disgusting, chicken texture wasn’t right, the batter was wet not because of sauce.nThe chips which there wasn’t clearly enough of were soggy.nYou can see by the photo how poor it all looked, for £23 you’d expect so much more.nThe 1 star is purely for the very friendly girl that worked on the tillnThis is the first food review I’ve written in a long time, i know it’s a fast food place so i wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but honestly we had 1 bite of each thing and had to throw rest away.
