Really poor service. Website promises dispatch within 24 hours + 3 business days if painting requested. Three weeks from date order placed and no sign of my order and no updates. Emailed and no response. Message on live chat and no response. Forced to call and stay on hold for ages. Then told I can’t expect delivery for another 10 days which will be a month from the date the order was placed. Avoid. Information stated on website is inaccurate and customer service very poor.
Ok, time to be fair and honest. I placed an order on the 3rd of April for a wing mirror cover for a 2018 Mondeo. Reading through the website I got the impression it would be delivered within the week as I also wanted it painted. After a week of hearing nothing I thought I’d check the reviews, have to say having read them alarm bells started to ring. I emailed the company and they replied late evening on the same day. The explained the delay on supply issues this happens in life they offered a full refund or said I could wait. I chose to wait and it arrived today the 9th of May…. So it’s taken a bit longer than expected, well I’m really pleased with the product and it’s exactly what I wanted. Good reviews I do very rarely I tell it as it is good or bad. I nearly forgot the painting of the product was excellent. I 100 percent recommend this company, they’re not dishonest and they’re not out to mug you off. All I’d say is be patient and have a little faith, don’t go slagging them off because you never got what you wanted within a week…
Would advise to avoid at all cost! I had brought both wing mirrors for my Vw Transporter. I fitted the passenger wing mirror and tried to adjust the position of the mirror glass and it failed to move! Then I got the drivers side wing mirror out and had found that the cover has broken clips and does not fit properly. I have sent two email to report the issue and have not had a reply! No offer of refund or replacement. I have had to get in touch with master card to get my money back! I would avoid at all cost! Poor customer service!
I purchased a wing mirror cover for my Mazda 2 and opted for the painting service. It arrived in good time with regular updates from the company however it took me over a month to get round to fitting it and I found it was a later model Mazda 2 version and didn't fit. Despite being over the 30 day return period they let me return it and supplied me with the correct one. It was excellent quality and the metallic blue colour match was perfect.Thanks wing mirror man.
Ordered parts a couple of times with no problems but on this occasion waited over 4 weeks for a part that should have taken 3-4 days and when parcel finally arrived the box was empty. Spoke to CS to be told this couldn’t be the case and they investigate. More phones calls back and forth still not resolved and requested refund. Still no refund which is over £400 so have had to speak to bank to instigate a charge back. Hopefully bank will sort it out and I’ll get my money back. If not will take to small claims court although not sure this would help as they already have a number of unpaid ccjs against them. Very poor business practices indeed and will not use or recommend to anyone.
I ordered a wing mirror and a cover, when I called in and told them the model of my car I was informed the items were in stock. I specifically told them that I was going to pick the item myself as I needed it urgently and I was coming from another city. When I turned up firstly the cover didn’t even fit to the wing mirror and the mirror itself was a different size. So both of the items they sourced weren’t not the right type for my car and when I requested refunds, I was told it’ll take 10 days which isn’t ideal. I requested to speak the manager to my surprise the receptionist said ‘ he is a busy man and won’t come down’ . I would definitely avoid this place they won’t get the right items and their staff are so rude and inconsiderate.
Ordered a wing mirror cover that showed 'in stock dispatched next day'. A week later it hadn't arrived but was told 'just a few more days'. After another week I asked for a refund. 3 weeks later that hasn't come either. I don't think it's a scam site but the effect is the same: you pay money for goods that never turn up and neither does a refund.
Bought a Head Lamp for A Zafira Touring from Headlamps direct which is part of this company. Was told it wouldn't fit my car, though they listed it for my car, and would have to pay more for the correct part. I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund. No refund came and with no reply's to my emails so I had to make a claim through Paypal to get my money back. Would never use again or recommend.
Item was as described, perhaps bubble wrap around the item before boxed might help, the unit was protruding through the package and had damaged the box quite significantly. It seems the item is ok but won't know till it's been fit. Also, not the seller's fault but for some reason the Post Office withheld my parcel for another day in their distribution department even though on the E-mail I recieved said it was out for delivery........
STAY CLEAR ! I ordered an indicator and cap for my vehicle neither of which were the right part - and no excuse offered as to why they were incorrect. They then charged me £5.95 for sending the items back. DO NOT USE THEM.
