Great experience all round. Booked my service online to include a courtesy car, had a call yesterday to remind me - always a good ideas with me! Dropped my car off this morning Taylor was great, explained the process including how I receive a video of the inspection. When you get the video you have get a price for anything that needs doing - and the option to accept or decline. Taylor called me around 4.00pm to confirm my car was ready to collect. When I collected everything was really easy, I was offered a service plan no pressure and sent on my way. Would recommend & will definitely be back!
Great experience. No hassle booking my service, got a reminder by text. Car was serviced whilst I waited. They were so good/nice they managed to sell me a brand new car too. Dealt with Charlee for servicing who is a delight and Tom for the new car who struck the right balance of being encouraging but not pushy, knew his stuff. Both lovely, professional and nothing was too much trouble Would highly recommend.
Following a bad experience at a Hyundai dealer over in Yorkshire last year regarding a test drive my Son was hoping for in the new i20N we visited our local showroom on Bury New Road where we were greeted with a very warm welcome from Sales Manager Andy Johnson who introduced us to salesman Jack Taylor. The difference between the two garages was incredible, we knew immediately we were now dealing with two professional people who knew their vehicles, had great knowledge and who put no pressure on us at all to purchase anything. Feeling totally at ease and trusting Andy & Jack it did not take my Son long to place an order for his new vehicle. Jack kept in contact with updates on the vehicle every few weeks until his surprise call towards the end of February ; the vehicle had arrived 5 months ahead of schedule. First class all round guys with everything and the car is pretty awesome too Many Thanks
I have just bought a car at BCC Hyundai from Tom in sales. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Tom kept in regular communication throughout the process and was always available to discuss any queries we had. The car is in excellent condition. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from here.
Staff were very friendly and all super helpful. Special mention goes to Jack who assisted me getting my new car. He was very open and honest, fully comfortable speaking with him as their was no hidden agenda which is rare in my experience when buying a car. Was just an honest equal conversation and you can't ask for more. If you are in the market for a car I would highly recommend BCC.
Great buying experience! We live several hours away from the dealership, however on enquiry about a vehicle which Jack Taylor picked up, he sent over a very professional video showing both the interior and exterior of the car and explanation of the main features. It was a pleasure to deal with him, and when my family travelled the several hours to collect our vehicle - Jack helped us transport our belongings to the new car and nothing was too much trouble for him. Professional and courteous, highly recommended.
First Class Customer Service. On Friday after contacting Mathew at Hyundai Bury with a problem with the windscreen washers on my Hyundai Ionic l was invited to come in the following morning at 0930. On arrival the following morning, the garage was busy but Mathew made me welcone and offered a hot drink while l waited, 30 minutes later and the washers had been replaced. Absolute first class customer service and deserves recognition. No hesitation in recommending this dealership Thank you Mathew .
Very friendly, transparent pricing,all work carried out bang on time with no waiting about. Car drove much better and I can tell being in it 10hours a day. Great dealership.
The Sales team were fantastic. Went in to look at the i20 for my next car and all my questions where answered and I was made to feel like a valued customer. Will certainly look to buy from them again moving forward.
