I received a voucher for my Christmas in 2019 however due to COVID19 our original and subsequent bookings had to be cancelled.  Justin has kept us informed in a curtious, timely and professional manner whilst explaining our options at every stage.  Today we have booked the Scottish Food & Wine evening with my original voucher and we are seriously looking forward to it and if the night is as good as our experience so far we will be in for a treat. What a great day we had with Justin!! He came to my place of work to host a wine tasting afternoon for a few of our best customers. We had 9 wines to taste and apart from in insight into how the wines are made, where they come from and what they contain, we had several small quizzes to get us thinking as well as a lot of laughs excellent knowledge and a great experience.

Really enjoyed my first wine tasting experience. Nice relaxed atmosphere with a friendly and knowledgeable teacher.  I attended an Italian charcuterie and wine tasting evening and both the wine and the meats were of a high quality.  This intro has made me want to take a more in depth course and learn more about everything wine related.

I did the introduction to wine tasting course with lunch. It was amazing. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Brilliant, very informative and well worth the money.
