The spaces in this car park are small so if you're parked next to a modern 4x4 or SUV you may struggle to get you and your passengers out without moving out of the parking space first. The car park in one of the cheapest to use at the weekend being £8 for the day as at March 2026 even though that is not exactly cheap! Get here early on a sunny day or you will not find a space.
This station takes you back in time when the kings and queens used to use the old-fashioned trains as a way to go from one place to another. The whole station is surrounded by a very posh air because of the architecture, but also because of the Windsor Castle in close proximity.nThere are many shops and Caffès open and many interesting sculptures to see. The old train engine gives a glimpse of what the past looked like.nThe train taking you from Windsor & Eton Station has only two coaches, and that can be insufficient when many tourists are visiting.nOverall, it was a great place!
An easy to use car park in the centre of Windsor which provides easy access to the sights. Payment is done easily through the RingGo app. It can become very busy later on in the day and it is best advised to park in it before 11 on a the weekend.
The parking price is ok and no height limits. But when you see the broken glass all over the ground you will know what happened and will happen here, no bags luggages and any valuable items leave in the car.
This can only be described as a quaint station. With its direct service from London Waterloo. The journey takes about 1 hour and frequency every 30 minutes is the way to go. Almost in eyesight of the castle and a short walk from the river.
