Thank goodness Olivia the owner bought out the name and domain from Windsors when they liquidated the company. I don’t know what I’d have done without her this week!!!!nnIt’s my son’s wedding next week and I needed supplies. Easy just go to Windsor’s.nHa! Not so easy when you have had an accident and are in crutches with ligament/tendon damage.nOlivia was fantastic. I called her up explained and discussed options for the cake and wedding favours. Sent the other half up to collect and pay.nnBrilliant service by this tiny operation. Great customer service and I’ll deffo be back.nn from me!!!
Every single time I have visited the shop, Olivia has been the most helpful and kindest person I think I have ever dealt with! The shop is packed with every single essential and so much more! Having the shop pretty much on my door step has been such a life saver as well as Olivia being the most helpful in my set up as a new baker with advice along the way, as well as a good gab! There hasn’t been a single occasion that I haven’t been able to get what I needed, even on last minute emergency trips!
This is my favourite shop! It’s a treasure trove of baking supplies and I always manage to get everything I need! Love visiting here and supporting a local business rather than buying online and Olivia is absolutely lovely and so so helpful!
