Used this cake shop for years and always been satisfied with then until today. Checked the website for opening times, trailed all the way to Warrington to find the shop CLOSED GONE INTO LIQUIDATION. Google you need to update the info on this site.

Ordered some pre baked sponge cakes along with other items on Monday and they were delivered today Wednesday the day after dispatch even though I chose the 2-4 day delivery option. I have used Windsor Cakecraft several times now for baking supplies and when needed ready baked cakes and have always been very happy with not only the products but communication when needed. Will definitely keep on using their products.

My third time ordering now, the cakes are superb quality and VERY good prices too,  amazing flavour,  very easy to order, and always bang on time delivering. Thanks so much

Cakes are delicious, fast delivery, well packaged to avoid damage during transit and the staff cannot do enough for you. One of my items was out of stock and was quickly refunded and they included an alternative free of charge. Received the items within 24 hours. Will definitely use this company over any other.

Risky.nnWould strongly advise other companies. My wife ordered a cake to be delivered that she could then ice and decorate for my son's birthday. A good cake that needed to be milk free, that is hard to find in most shops. It turned into a bit of a saga.nn- We ordered it be delivered by the latest Thursday.n- It arrived on Friday, but it was the wrong cake - a fruit cake, inappropriate for a child's party.n- My wife contacted customer service who investigated, found the right cake and said it would be delivered by 10am the next dayn- The cake didn't show by 10am. 12pm and it hadn't turned up and we lost trust at this point. We cancelled our plans went out and got the ingredients and equipment to make our own cake.n- At 3:30pm, after we'd finished baking the cake, DPD arrived, with the cake. They did not know they needed to collect another cake and told us they don't do collections on the weekend. Then when pushed they asked for a packing slip - which we didn't have and didn't know where one was. It was only looking at the new package we realised that a return slip was taped to it - something we worked out and were not told by customer service.nnWe called the company multiple times on the Saturday and were told they had no customer service available.nnWe finally got through to them this morning, and they are issuing a refund  - so they are aware of the issues here. Make sure you get any delivery details you can if ordering.
