A brilliant health food shop with good selection of products, fair prices, specialist brewing equipment and expertise, and friendly staff. There is also a health clinic onsite offering several holistic treatment modalities such as osteopathy, nutrition and more.

The Ark stock great quality food and supplements, the staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and the owner Lise Matthews has gone out of her way to deliver goods throughout the COVID pandemic.  I highly recommend This shop as a hub of all your health needs.

A very nice health shop which also offers many treatments such as massage and lots more specialist natural treatments and therapies. Really friendly knowledgeable staff and a great selection of dried herbs and teas. Well worth a look

Knowledgeable staff always there to help with queries and suggestions about health products. They can often order in special halth food items.

We've had some excellent advice and shopping here for the whole family young to old. Definitely worth a visit. Really excellent service.
