We offer farmhouse bed and breakfast with stunning lakeside views, and glamping in our unique shepherd’s hut made by Mark and situated in a wild flower meadow. Wild camping is also available in the Summer months.

Camping for a few days away with friends looking for some peace and quiet, some good star-gazing opportunities and campfires. We were not disappointed, it's a beautiful place! We would definitely recommend. The site is spread over a few fields and only a certain amount of pitches/areas can be booked at once, so it's incredibly spacious and private. We were staying at the small family pitch, which is nicely tucked away in a corner with lovely views. Each pitch has it's own fire pit, compost loo and picnic bench, and we found there had been some washing-up bits left for us to use for which we were eternally grateful having forgotten ours! Each field/area shared a shower between 3/4 pitches which was an amazing set-up heated by solar power- it was truly incredible and worked really nicely! We weren't put off by the compost loo's either as they were kept very clean and tidy. We were mostly left to our own devices which suits us very nicely, and we were delivered a new barrow of logs each day- so although upon booking it seemed quite expensive for fire pit hire & logs we found it was great value for money and would definitely do this again. Mark was extremely pleasant and chatted to us about all queries we had, and we only had a short walk up to the nearest pub which does amazing food and drink. I think we will be returning!

Please use TN21 9HA to find us on sat nav or Google maps takes u incorrectly to Nettlesworth Rd - we're on Foords Lane!
