Living quite close to here I regularly pass by, and on one occasion organised activity here for stag week end. We did raft building and race which was fine. One thing to note is that this is a reservoir not a lake, so the water level goes up and down quite a lot (5 to 8 meters), during the summer and winter, you may have to scramble down the bank to get in a boat.
