Way to go, Wiltshire Tyres, especially the receptionist again! Thank you for being so abrupt and rude to us, resulting in actually worrying physically sick my 17-year-old daughter with her first car that she is still learning to drive!nYour receptionist insisted you couldn't help her without the locking wheel nut key when we told her she does have one.nWell after our daughter discovering how much a replacement one costs and making herself ill as she was so upset, she doesnt have one, because she doesnt need one! So she has changed the tyre to her full size spare herself, and will be organising a new replacement tyre elsewhere now!nShe only has an old, basic 107 with no alloys, etc. So you have lost a potential future client and her family now. I would like to say this is the first time we have experienced poor customer service from you, but it isn't so we won't be using you again in the future for each of our cars! Its such a pity as the guys in the garage seem to be helpful normally.

They take time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle and always provide a thorough inspection, explaining everything in detail.nnThe mechanics are clearly knowledgeable and skilled, as they diagnose any issues diligently and offer a reasonable quote for the repairs.nnThe quality of work is always top-notch, so If you're looking for a trustworthy and efficient car garage, this is the place to go!

I can’t thank the people that work here enough !!! They helped me in a really tricky time I was distressed and panicking they were able to reassure me. The VW garage gave me a quote that was extortionate and something I couldn’t afford luckily the guys here came up with a plan to get my car fixed there and then. I highly recommend and will be returning if I have any problems in the future

Today I had my car serviced and MOT done at Wiltshire Tyres. The staff were really friendly, especially Kate who took the time to explain everything they were doing. The MOT and service were done quickly and efficiently, and I felt the prices were very reasonable compared to other garages in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this garage for anyone needing car maintenance!
