This is a very friendly, welcoming shop. The staff don't rush you and are very knowledgeable if you need advice or answers, it's the best vape shop in the area in my opinion and they're always a pleasure to deal with. Also there's always some deal or other on so for me it's cheaper than actually ordering online plus you're supporting a local business

Puffin hut is the winner of vaping shops, the staff are very knowledgeable on all of the products and will set you on the right path for the ultimate vaping experience.
I love my local Puffin Hut, it has always provided me with everything I have needed. The guys who work there are always friendly and helpful which means that I am more than willing to come back for more. I was naturally worried when the store had to shut down due to the Covid lock down however it was easy to order from the website and my delivery arrived the day after.
Things have been really tough for everyone recently with the lock down and as we know the royal mail have been struggling with timely deliveries due to civid 19. The Puffin hut team are going above and beyond to hand deliver as many local customers orders as they can so things aren't delayed. Always bright, cheery and polite. Thank you all for your dedication and as always brilliant customer service. Good job guys and gals.
The guys in the shop here are just brilliant. They take the time to make sure you get the products you need and are never pushy - you never feel like you're being hurried into a decision, even when it's busy in there. Thanks to Olly, Kieran and Ant, I have found the perfect flavours, tanks and batteries for me and had a good laugh into the bargain. Honestly - I wouldn't go anywhere else for my supplies now.
The Wootton Bassett shop is always most helpful every time I've visited there. Always a smile and friendly welcoming chat. These Boys go out there way to help you without rushing you no matter how many other people in the shop.Nothing is to much for them just fantastic service. Well done boys!!
