After having excessive work done throughout our house i would highly recommend The Wiltshire Group. The recommendation came from our neighbours and i could see why .Despite us living in Hertfordshire they were always here on time and with us every day. Tom from day one was very knowledgable, reassuring and gave us good , helpful advice when needed.Carl also done an amazing job despite having to accommodate us with last minute changes .
Requested a quote on the Wiltshire plumbing and heating website for finding out whats wrong with my immersion heater likely the element has gone but I am not sure. I was passed to a guy named Tom from their sister company Wiltshire electrics, who firstly wanted to book the job without giving a quote first or knowing what was actually wrong with it. When I requested a quote first he replied "After consulting with the team with have just taken on additional work since my first email to you and now would not have the time." Since it is unlikely any reputable company would not have time to change an element I assume they are cowboys wanting to scam people without checking what is wrong first. Complete waste of time.
