Unlike other contractors in my experience, KL Building services are prompt to reply, entirely professional with both estimates and work executed and a pleasure to have working on your home. 
Kevin and his team managed to work to an exacting time frame and carried out repairs to my roof and chimneys of an excellent standard.
I would be very happy to recommend them and look forward to being able  to rely on them for future construction plans.

We have just had quite a large extension finished by this company and found them to be a great mix of a friendly family business whilst remaining professional. We were impressed by the skills and individual attention and they completed the whole thing within a week of their original suggested end date and to budget! Anything we raised was addressed immediately and living with building work, although stressful was made easier by this friendly polite team. We would certainly use them again and are happy for anyone to view what they did for us.

Fantastic experience with Kevin and his team they all work very hard. All work great together to get the job done. Can not fault them! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a builder.

I was a Manger of a maintenance company and had KL and Sons on my contractors list to carry out urgent and routine repairs. Kevin was always on hand at short notice and carried out quality repairs for me.
