I am very unhappy with the last situation that happened a few weeks ago where my mum with strong body pains called to get an appointment with a doctor after her scans because her doctor told her to do so, the nurse on the phone said that the scans look good and that she has to wait for another blood test and didn’t give her the appointment. Sadly by the time she got her scan and had her appointment booked for the doctor, the pain got so bad to the point where my mum had to go to the hospital and spend 13 hours waiting. I am very unhappy and disappointed that it took so long and got to this point.
Very good staff and doctors, but trying to get through the phone is a disgrace. Waiting 19 mins maximum until someone answers. Would be better if someone picks up right away. As many of us don't have that much time to wait.
Dr Owen Ferron and DR Donna Mc Avoy don’t know what their doing, just chancers unfortunately for those of us who have to deal with their incompetence!
This GP practice looked after my Mum for many years & also my father. I was concerned about him recently & after a call from Dr Fearon they called at home to see him. I can not praise the staff & GPs enough at the surgery kind, caring & very professional I only wish we had the same here in BuckinghamshirenThank you so much to all the staff, nurses GPs at Keady Surgery.
Great surgery but very difficult at times to get through on the phone. It would be much easier if patients could email appointment cancellations and ask other queries, as is done in other parts of the UK.
