Can’t recommend Williams Hedge highly enough. Professional, friendly, helpful and made a stressful time so much easier. Great communication, calls returned promptly and issued chased up quickly and efficiently with our buyers. Roger was recommended by our solicitor as part of sorting my late mother’s estate. We had a residential property, tenanted property and garages. All sold for more than we expected thanks to their expertise and local knowledge. They supported and advised us through the ups and downs there were a few! and their commission rates are very competitive. Great people and a great service!
Williams Hedge were very professional in their dealings with me and were very sympathetic in the way they handled the sale of my late mum's house. Their approach from first viewing the property and explaining what actions I needed to take to ensure a successful sale, was very refreshing. After each viewing I was given sensible feedback and felt assured that the property was being advertised in a very professional way. As it was an executor sale, there were a few holdups, but these were dealt with calmly and I have now exchanged contracts and completed the sale successfully. We recently purchased a property through Williams Hedge. David and Roger assisted us with the two viewings. Cory kept us informed of any updates and Alison kindly worked late to hand over the keys. We moved 260 miles across the UK but Williams Hedge made the process run smoothly. If you were thinking of selling a property within their location of Torbay - I would happily recommend them. Just completed on a property purchase through Williams Hedge. I cannot comprehend the outstanding level of care and high standard of service we have received during the gruelling 5 months of this transaction. I sold our property off market which through up some communication hurdles, Williams Hedge helped me make contact with necessary parties, although they weren’t required to. As a first time buyer with a particularly complex set difficulties with legalities in the purchase, Cory, David and the team were that support system that was otherwise lacking. From making initial offer acceptance, keeping the next steps in process clear, smooth and efficient. Then giving regular updates on all the complexities with my purchase. When solicitors were vague or non- communicative it felt like I had a cheer squad. The team liaised with solicitors on my behalf to really keep me on track and moving the purchase forward.
