Can't speak more highly of Primrose Properties. We have had a rental property for many years, but no longer live locally. We decided to look for a company to manage on our behalf so that the tenants had an available point of contact and that we had piece of mind that the property was catered for as required. Primrose were excellent on all counts. From the initial locating and referencing of tenants to the ongoing management. Thanks very much.
Excellent service from the team at Primrose - from looking for a property, viewing it and going through the application process. Everything ran smoothly with good communication always. Friendly and professional, have dealt with quite a few agents in the bay, and this is the best.
I would just like to say how amazing these people are Katie showed us around a property which we fell in love with she was amazing with our two little girls that have followed us on our fruitless journey trying to find a property that so many others have too. But when we viewed this house she explained that we are not like so many other agents that show family’s around properties that go into a lottery with landlords knowing they will probably never get it she took it straight of the market when we showed that we loved it and wanted to try and secure the property such a relief after searching for over 6 months trying to find somewhere I can’t thank them enough and they will never properly understand what a deference they have made to our lives amazing people running a amazing business Thank you so much Regards Dan & Emma
Katie and her team are brilliant. They’re currently handling two properties for me and having had bad experiences with other local letting agents in Torbay, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Full marks for professionalism, communication and their ‘hands on style’ of management. Whether you are a landlord or a tenant, I highly recommend them.

Primrose Properties have been absolutely amazing and helped me throughout the whole rental process right up until the day I moved my little family into my dream home! I couldn't have asked for better service and Katie Twaites in particular helped me every step of the way, it is clear that she really cares about people and is so friendly!
Primrose having been renting out our bungalow in Brixham since 2011. We are based in the Midlands, so we are unable to easily sort out the normal small problems ourselves. Primrose provides a full service, notifying us of any issues and suggesting, obtaining quotes, and engaging local tradesmen etc. Our tenant is a woman living on her own, so its very important she has confidence in the local agency, as first port of call for required works etc. Primrose provide all of this, and regular inspections with photos, which is especially helpful to us operating at a distance. Monthly accounts, billing and paperwork flow near seamlessly. They are always friendly and helpful, exactly what we need of them!
Cannot rate primrose properties enough, they helped us with finding a tenant for our property and all the relevant paperwork that goes with it. Very professional and lovely. Highly recommend!
ive returned to an old home I had rented through primrose previously to my joy. The home is great and primrose absolutely superb! All recently cleaned and prepared too move into! Great communication throughout and primrose maintain the property very well! All staff and owner extremely friendly, helpful and down to earth and keep me happy! A joy to have these agents, it really is!!
As we live in the Midlands and have a house in Brixham, we have to rely on an agent to see to the bottom flat that we rent out. Primrose Properties have always been friendly and efficient and very helpful in suggesting workmen to deal with any problems or repairs.
