Warm and friendly always welcomed with a smile.All the staff couldn’t be more helpful and considerate at all times.They just took all the worries and stress of arranging a funeral from the family.
Margaret was great, from start to finish. Arranged everything we wanted and more, was always there if we needed to ask any questions. Jim added small touches that meant so much to us. They were very respectful with everything, couldn’t have asked for a better send off for our mum. I would recommend 100%, excellent staff and they make sure everything goes so smooth. Thankyou very much for what you’s did for us.
The experience from start to finish was absolutely 100% and more. David couldn’t do enough for us as a family. He went above and beyond to help us in making the right decision for giving my mum the best. I will never forget the kindness shown in our time of distress. Thankyou again you are the best from all my family xx
I would just like to thank all the staff at William Scott Funeral Directors for the care and curtesy shown to myself and the family both at my wifes Cremation service in July and her ashes Burial in October. A special thanks to Margaret for her handling of the arrangements and to Jim Sneddon for the personal touch displayed at both services. Many Thanks Again. Tom Moodie.
Sadly my mum passed away last month.William Scott was there to help with everything.Margaret in the office was so helpful, from the funeral itself to posting in our local paper she was on the ball.The day of the funeral everything went to plan, David the funeral director was so nice.I know it was a sad day but William and Scott made it an easy day for us.
William Scott’s was absolutely amazing with my mum and myself when I lost my dad. They were so professional and so caring. And so so dignified. My father was a biker and Callum made sure my dads last journey was going to be something special. We had the motorbike sidecar hearse for my dad and he was followed behind by all his biker friends. Callum made sure by walking in front no one would break up the bikes and cars following. There’s not enough words for how grateful we are to them. You’s Are Just simply amazing in your jobs. I have dealt with William Scott's for over 30 years. The dignity and respect given to our departed loved ones and ourselves are second to none, especially at our very difficult time. We know that we can never tell when we will lose someone but I know that I always go to Scott's in the future.
They were amazing with my grandad funeral. Helped me with everything and didnt rush me would defo recommend thank you all again
Very professional and caring, staff brilliant, can't fault them at all, most helpful at all times.
