I recently switched the management of my flat to WPM, and have been really pleased. They are an attentive, responsive, local company who take a personal approach to both landlords and tenants, and their fees give incredible value for the service provided. Highly recommended.

I am a recent new resident in Faversham and somewhat uniquely positioned, in that I think I engaged with all of the Property Management firms in the town during my search for accommodation, with WMP being very much for me, the standout agent. Mark, Adam & the MPM team were exceptional throughout my tenancy application and onboarding process, ensuring I was informed and consulted throughout. That support did not end with the handing over of keys as they have greatly assisted me with utility firms, local knowledge etc. I suspect that my Landlady is equally pleased as I feel that WPM do go above and beyond to ensure a good fit for tenant & property owner alike. A special mention to Adam for working around my short notice visits to measure up and offering to help me get a sofa up three flights of stairs! WPM are a strong recommend from this very happy tenant.

Very professional outfit. When problems arise, you find out who’s good at what they do and make a real difference. Landlords of today face increasing challenges and limitations. As a single property investor, Mark and his team have been reliable and available for guidance in matters my own appartment and the full 140 unit development over the last 15 years. I have been a landlord with William Property Management since 2009. Initially they fully managed the letting of 1 property for me. In 2018 that went up to 2 properties. I am very happy with the service provided. To date I have had no troublesome tenants and both of my properties have been occupied well over 95% of the time. William Property Management have been the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. They are kind and go above and beyond to make sure that you are looked after. We have never had an issue with them and any of the problems we had with our property were dealt with promptly.  The staff are friendly and professional and answer any queries you have without making you feel like you're a problem.  I would highly recommend them to anyone!
