The Invicta team have been professional, efficient and honest since our first meeting.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.  They give good advice and I feel that all maintenance has been carried out and checked to a high standard, at reasonable rates.  All contractors have done a great job - doing what's necessary to keep the property in good condition.  Staff are friendly and very helpful.  I feel my property is in very safe hands.

Paul and his team have been looking after my rental properties now for the best part of three years. During the management contract I found them polite and effective in both responding to tenant requests and issues and ensuring that my interests as a landlord  are protected. Best proof for this is probably that all of my tenants have been with me long term this far. I as a landlord have no hesitation to recommend Invicta to any potential Investor or tenant.

Having previously let my property with other agents, I am really pleased with the care and service offered by Invicta. They are incredibly professional and in my opinion look after both tenant and landlords extremely well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services - and in fact have done many times.
