Have never struggled to find a space, even at peak times. A new parking app is a great improvement on its clunky predecessor. Only gripe is single lane exit on to a road system that can be gridlocked.
If Carlsberg made payment systems then it wouldn’t have been this one.nnShockingly painful payment system designed by someone born in 1906 and who has never used a mobile phone, a debit card or a payment machine.nnShould be illegal to waste that much time on something so poorly designed just to give someone my money to park a car.
Avoid like the absolute plague.nnCar park app does not work. You constantly get errors when registering your details for an account.nnLeft after 5 minutes of parking 30mins free.nnGo elsewhere.
Great car parking but THE worst app ever! Had to put my card details about 5 times before it actually accepted it. Also, why does it want a location when just adding a card? I'm pretty tech savvy but this truly tested my patience. Phone nearly ended up at the end of the garden!
Large carpark close to town centre, I haven’t parked in this carpark for over 25 years. The payment machines only take coins no card payment. You can pay by some obscure App, but trying to down load the App I found I was unable to do so. I tried paying by phone and despite attempting to pay on the phone twice I was unable to do so. I left the car park in disgust and drove straight home, fortunately I had 30 minutes free car parking. I have never had this problem with an App or payment on the phone any where else in the country. Unless you have plenty of coins in your possession AVOID this carpark. I was intending to shop in Brentwood and buy a meal in a restaurant, but did do so I will try and avoid going to Brentwood in the future.
