Absolutely shocking company my parents have been strung along and messed about for over 6 months .They claimed to have found them a buyer so my parents accepted the offer and took there home of the market 6 months of being messed about by William h brown staff who ignored there calls and messages strung them along with 3  different dates for the new owners to complete the sale .Then finally after 6 months decided to let my parents know the buyers concerned where known to the company for doing this with other property's as they had done this before saying they wanted to buy property's stringing the owners along for months with no intentions of actually buying so why would William h brown deal with these people and let this keep happening is beyond me .This experience has left my elderly parents exhausted and took a toll on there health to the point they haven't the strength to go through with selling anymore .I would not like anybody else to experience this so i felt I needed to write this review .

My parents went with this company they've had nowt but trouble. Staff not answering phone calls . Saying they'd contact them back and not doing so. My parents suffer with health  problems and this has definitely contributed to this. I would not recommend this company to anyone. messed them about for last 6 months so parents have took it off market. Dont go with this company

I had a valuation conducted at my property by the lovely agent Allison Revill. Punctual, polite, professional and took the time to go through things with me. Not at any time did I feel it was rushed or felt pressured into instructing  them. I have looked at their brochure and after meeting them no doubt they are more than qualified to sell my property. I look forward to working with them in the foreseeable future.

The staff member, Emma, we initially met was very courteous and helpful. She found a suitable buyer extremely quickly, introduced us to their recommended solicitors and kept us informed of progress through the whole process

I found this estate agents very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and contact was 10/10. Buying & selling can be very stressful but we had above and beyond help with special thanks to Josh who helped us all the way, would definitely  recommend!

I strongly recommend this branch, nothing is to much trouble for Allison and her team. So if you are thinking about putting your house up for sale or buying, then use William H Brown. They are very friendly and professional at all times and I couldn't fault them

Booked an appointment to view a property that they have listed, in an interest to buy! My wife and I both had taken the time from work to view the property, waiting there in the cold with our 4 year old daughter, only to find out after calling them that Joe that we made the booking with had not made any note of our viewing, leaving us standing outside in the cold wanting to view a 400k home! Very bad customer service throughout!!
