Empty shelves issue has definitely improved over the recent months, art and craft could be improved upon. Fantastic checkout service though every time.
Wilko is generally a strong place in terms of kitchen and home decor. I prefer wilko when I want to change the products in my kitchen. It is a place where kettle, plate and glass products are of high quality and affordable. I love wilko's blankets. They have an incredible quality and comfort.. They bring affordable and different brands on cleaning products.. and their prices are reasonable. Too bad he doesn't have the big troll. I usually buy food for my animals at Wilkodan, especially the cat food is very good. My cats love the food there. They don't have a lot of options for kids, just a small toy section. Other than that, I sometimes wait in line during the payment process. I think they can put a little more payment methods. Sometimes the cash payment queue can be too long.
Went in today for a few bits and was greeted by the manager Wendy, who was nothing short of fantastic. Found all staff to be helpful and friendly. Thanks to Wendy we left with the purchase of our new parasol!
Not in there much and not sure how it compares to Poundstretcher for products. A wide range of items and they have a website too.
Love wilkos, but this one is always empty and needs a good shelf restock.
Excellent value for money! They have everything I want and more, constant sales at half price for things that are really expensive elsewhere. But mostly, I have to congratulate the staff members on their service! Especially the young lady who always helps me find what I'm looking for and always smiling. She's a huge asset to the store and I hope she's recognised for tlher efforts.
Half the shelves empty. Lots of items out of stock. No checkout staff so long queues. Has the feel of a place about to close down.
Love this store - one of my favourite shops in Bordon! The staff are really friendly and it has everything you could need under one roof from your essentials to homewares. I’m in here all the time!
Bit disappointed if I'm honest , lots of empty shelves in core lines. Seems that all the tills are now self service however they have a member of staff basically sitting on the window ledge just in case of any problems
Took my mother to Wilko today just to get her out, well she is in her eighties! Out of all her options that was her first choice. It's a great shop for practical people, I always pick something up I think I can use in the future.
